We cater for a number of weddings per year. The Chef de Partie will mainly cater for weddings and events. £23000 - £25000 plus day in lieu

No split shifts

5 out of 7 days,

40 hours per week, between the hours of 10am - 10pm

Main responsibilities

The Chef de Partie  will be working with a very qualified chef brigade to offer excellent food cooked to very high standards, all from fresh produce. Adhering to company H&S and F&H  standards. The Chef de Partie will be expected to cater for up to 120 covers, it could be for a 3 course meal or for banqueting.  This could be the next step for you into a Sous Chef role and to be able to be part of the largest contract catering team in the world

  • Would prefer someone from a hotel or conference background
  • Experience catering for weddings
  • Very good understanding of H&S and F&H
  • Used to working flexible shifts.

  • Takes pride the dishes that they create
  • Experience  in banqueting and a la carte
  • Working to very high standards
