My client a large outsourcing company based in Canary Wharf, are looking for Knowledge and Insights Manager for their Social Media department.

Looking for an experienced professional with a track record in social media analytics and insights with a good understanding of communications and online advertising.


- Delivery of advanced reporting on marketing
- Working with the local digital operations team
- Working with the online communications director and the connections & Analytics Manager
- Help ensure implementation and alignment of analysis and reporting methods across markets

The right candidate must be passionate about analytics and data driven strategies, with strategic and critical thinking, combining a great understanding of technology and social media.

Job Profile

- Develop and deliver senior strategic communications and management presentations
- Create and align strategies, KPI, dashboards and other routines
- Ability to work collaboratively with corporate communications, marketing, and media teams
- Evaluate and adapt best priced from global or other markets
- Provide recommendations on how to optimise channel and content performances
