Telesales Team Leader


£25k per annum + Bonus

A bright and enthusiastic approach is the most vital part of this telesales team leader role, you will have the experience to motivate your team and ensure targets are hit on a daily basis. You will be responsible for creating a buzz on the floor and to be responsible for the first line management of your team. It is the expectation of the contact centre team leader to spend 70% of your day coaching and developing your agents. Benefits include; £25,000 Basic salary OTE 45k, generous holidays, bank holidays off, no weekend work, Incentives and social events.

Main Duties of the Contact Centre Team Leader role

  • Review the day’s results with the Operations Manager and report back concerns and recommended actions for the day

  • Ensure all KPI’s are achieved.

  • Review current status at regular intervals throughout the day to ensure all targets are being met.

  • Perform monthly 121’s with each individual on your team to discuss performance motivation and current training developments.

  • Remote monitor poorer performers to assess coaching needs, in sales, soft skills and data handling.

  • Process detailed coaching forms then deliver feedback to the telesales advisor.

It is desirable that the successful contact centre team leader candidate has a minimum of 12 months management experience within a contact centre environment.
