Internal Channel Account Manager
My client is a leading communications systems integrator dedicated to designing, sourcing, implementing and maintaining today's complex communications solutions. Due to continued expansion they are seeking an Internal Account Manager to join their existing sales team.
You will be required to:
Achieve gross profit targets based on account managing a set of existing accounts and working on developing old/lapsed accounts.
The customer base consists of Channel Partners.
The successful candidate will be flexible, engaging, determined, a team player, tenacious and ambitious. High levels of customer service are essential as is the ability to build business relationships that result in ongoing transactional business.
The ability to be proactive whilst managing reactive calls are a necessary skill. A commercially focused understanding of pricing and delivery needs are also necessary.
