Experienced Office Manager -Large Format industry

* £25k - £30k basic salary
* Company Pension

My client are a leading Signage and Graphics organisation based in West Sussex who are looking to expand their team and have a role available as an Office Manager/Production Manager. They require someone with a strong management background. Previous experience within the large format industry is also essential.

THE PROJECT MANAGER'S KEY AUTHORITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

*Work closely with all teams to ensure they are resourced to complete their jobs
*Work in close partnership with MD to facilitate internal projects
*Manage central shopping list/procurement process
*Liaise with bookkeeper regarding weekly expenditure
*Process improvement
*Run weekly team meeting
*HR Management
*Facilities and asset management
*Monitor, update and implement health and safety policies
*Monitor and ensure legal compliance
*Liaise with company solicitor

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
(Essential Minimum Requirements to Undertake the Role)

*HR Experience
*Approachable temperament
*A creative problem solver
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Able to lead by example
*Strong research skills
*Business acumen
*The ability to liaise well with others and delegate tasks
*Confident using iMacs
*Project Management Experience
*Previous Large Format industry knowledge
