A facilities coordinator role for an established Not-For-Profit organisation in Manchester City Centre.
Page Personnel is representing a Not-For-Profit organisation with a Facilities Co-ordinator position for a 10 month fixed term contract. The role requires an immediate start (will consider 1 week notice period) and will be for at least 10 months, with the opportunity for extension/permanent employment.

The role responsibilities include being the first point of call for any maintenance or facilities related issues across multiple properties; scheduling and planning engineer call outs for both planned and reactive maintenance; liaising with contractors/maintenance staff to ensure all issues are resolved in a cost effective and timely manner.
Candidates wishing to apply to the role should have:
- A fantastic knowledge of property maintenance/facilities (essential)
- Previously worked in a facilities assistant/coordinator role (essential)
- No notice period (will consider 1 week)
- A fantastic level of customer service
