Telesales Team Leader - up to 26k Salary - Gateshead

Our client is a well established B2B consultancy firm offering Asset, Pension and Capital reviews with a unique product portfolio covering the North East England and potentially leading to UK coverage over the next 18 months.

Our client is looking for a team leader who can progress to team manager within 12-18 months. They also require the candidate to be looking for a career within the business with a view to becoming branch manager when the group expands.

This company are offering between 24000 - 26000 starting salary with a promise of a salary review every 6 months.

Position overview

You will be required to contact new prospects by telephone and digital marketing to promote the products and services
Generate brand awareness
Network using social media
Update CRM system
Gather information and verify details
Answer customer questions with transparency
Lead generate to book appointments and customer visits
Identify potential opportunity
Creative with email campaigns
Support Marketing Director with leadership
Develop current processes

Skills required

Ability to transfer telesales and marketing skills to others
Generate marketing campaigns and ideas
An awareness of social media B2B
Computer literate and a pleasant telephone manner
Be able to create a sales script for others to follow and portray an in house attitude
Customer focus and attention to detail
Simplify tasks with an eye on quality not quantity
Recruitment/Training of telesales team

Qualifications and Experience

At least 3 GCSE's (must include English)
Previous roles in telesales or business development by phone
