Our client is recruiting a Sous Chef for their busy 4* Hotel serving all fresh food to satisfied customers in the Chichester Area. The hotel kitchen prepares meals for the restaurant, functions, bar and room service. The kitchen serves a modern AA rosette level menu.
The Sous Chef Role
Hands on role working closely with the Head Chef
Producing Fresh Cooked Food - Modern British Menu
Managing and developing a small motivated Brigade in Head Chef's absence
Help Achieve GP targets, Hygiene & Safety Standards
Already working as a Sous Chef
Ideally from Hotel, Restaurant or Gastro pub serving fresh good food
Good Motivator & Manager
