Our client, a creative marketing agency in Brentwood, is looking to recruit an SeniorAccountManager to join their expanding team.

To support Account Director as point of contact/knowledge area for client requirements, availability and rollout status of content across multiple channels. Formulate and establish principles for maximum commonisation and re-use of assets on behalf of client and partner agencies.

Job Role:

  • Plan and track digital asset deployment for launches and market rollout
  • Work closely with client departments and other agencies to ensure asset launch timings are met, identify and resolve potential issues
  • Input to monthly Digital Content Forum: ensure Digital Content Forum asset reference trackers are completed and up-to-date based on multiple inputs from all areas responsible for the production of content
  • Identify areas where bespoke content is required and brief requirements according
  • Develop a long-term relationship with clients and key stakeholder by personal contact
    • Client contact and collaboration
    • Manage client expectations in terms of delivery
    • Manage all client meetings and presentations
    • Ensure status reports are updated and issued regularly
    • Agree estimate and timing plan with client (as required)
    • Share potential opportunities, insight and client requirements for the production of content within Burrows (Carline Senior Account Manager, Project Manager, etc.)
    • Agree estimate and timing plan with Project Manager (as required)
    • Raise job numbers
    • Write briefs
    • Brief work
    • Write job action requests and contact reports
    • Support ISO Quality Control process
    • Ensure invoices are paid within 90 days
  • Essential Skills:

    • Experience of digital and printed media
    • Minimum GCSE standard Maths and English
    • Degree qualified
    • PC literate, including MS Office
    • Previous work in an agency or client marketing department
    • Dynamic, creative and motivated with a flexible attitude towards work
    • Confident and persuasive manner
    • Excellent organisation and time management skills
    • Client focused with a keen eye for detail
    • Ability to adapt to changing deadlines and briefs

    Desirable Skills:

    • Degree in marketing, communications, digital media or business studies
    • Ability to travel abroad occasionally
