Collections and Recoveries Account Manager- Financial Services

South West London

£30,000-£32,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits

We are currently recruiting an exceptional career opportunity for an experienced Collections and Recoveries Account Manager to join a well respected subsidiary of a large European banking group. The company specialise in providing Asset Finance solutions to businesses that are looking to acquire assets such as IT, commercial vehicles, agricultural and construction equipment.

You will be tasked with completion of the Collection and Recovery process, managing a portfolio of distressed customers across all sectors of the business. You will be involved with early stage arrears as well as handling cases that have reached litigation and repossession. You will need to show previous experience calculating customer’s income and expenditure to generate affordable repayment plans and had exposure to all stages of collections, particularly the later stages. You will be required to use your initiative and manage individual cases, therefore previous experience handling delinquent accounts is crucial.

In order to be considered for this position your CV will need to demonstrate previous experience in a Collections/ Recoveries position within Asset Finance. You will need to have a strong understanding of Insolvencies, along with possessing excellent telephone communication skills. This is quite a senior position within the team where you will be looked to for guidance and training from less experienced colleagues, therefore previous coaching/ training experience would be highly desirable.
