Salary: £40-50k (negotiable)

THE ROLE:

You will be responsible for the smooth, efficient and profitable running of a branch specialising in Cables sales.
Duties:
• Effective and motivational management of staff - 4 office based and 5
warehouse staff
• Maintaining and improving a high level of customer support
• Ensuring sales growth in designated area
• Efficient and competitive stock management
• Managing costs and overheads and all factors affecting the profitability
and performance of the branch

THE CANDIDATE:

You must have experience in cable sales, distribution or manufacturing, direct sales experience would be beneficial. Previous management responsibility would be good but not crucial. They will be happy to look at someone who currently wants to progress towards managing a team.
