Salary range - £40,575 - £44,057 Per Annum

We offer Construction apprenticeships in Craft and Service industries at Levels 2 and 3 to over 200 apprentices who work for local and National employers. We are looking to significantly increase recruitment over the next 12 -18 months and therefore need an experienced and proactive manager to drive both recruitment and ensure quality for this provision.

You will have overall responsibility for the construction apprentice and employer experience, the team of assessors, curriculum innovation and development within the construction area, with the ability to demonstrate outstanding practices and excellent communication skills with employers, apprentices and work colleagues.

You will work alongside a large internal sales team to recruit Apprentices in the construction sector.

You should be qualified to at least level 3 in a construction trade and hold Assessor, Internal verification and teaching qualifications with significant experience of Apprenticeship delivery and quality assurance.
