£19k basic / OTE £25k+

Are you a committed sales professional with the desire to succeed in sales? Are you good at maintaining key relationships? If so this is the role for you.

We are currently working with a global software company with a relaxed, qualitative approach and a highly professional offering. The business has an Account Management role where you will secure new business within the education sector, selling software services into schools and colleges.

The role is 80% new business with 20% account management; however you will be expected to emphasise quality over quantity in a consultative role. Long-term development is expected and you will be provided with full training from the ground up.

The Package Software Sales:
-Basic Salary £19,000
-Uncapped Commission
-OTE £25,000
-Extensive benefits package

You will develop and grow clients through building rapport, gaining buy-in, pitching and negotiating and delivering excellent customer service - a key part of this role. Other duties will include:

-Speaking to potential accounts and providing support
-Speaking to the customer base and looking for key opportunities
-Providing clients with relevant information; especially in response to enquiries about products and services
-Continually establishing client relationships and building a strong rapport to enable you to deliver an excellent customer service and further develop the businesses outstanding reputation
-Producing accurate and timely paperwork in line with customer and company requirements

The Ideal Candidate
-You will ideally have sales experience
-Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to sell at all decision-making levels
-Self-motivated and results-orientated team player that can exceed goals and revenue expectations, with the ability to work on own initiative
-Ability to build rewarding customer relationships
-An entrepreneur who is passionate, enthusiastic, hungry for results and resilient
