An exciting opportunity has arisen within a Legal 500 firm for a Paralegal to join their Criminal department based near Croydon. If you are looking for a role with an excellent prospect of progressing to a traning contract then we urge you to apply.
This firm handles a wide range of criminal defence work, including international cases, white collar crime and extradition work. They put career progression at the heart of what they do, and have recently invested in a new training suite in the heart of the City. If successful in this role then you will become eligible to become a trainee after 12-15 months as a paralegal. Many of the firm's Partners have worked their way up through the ranks, so this is a great opportunity to move your career forward.
As a paralegal, you will support senior fee earners, attend court, carry out prison visits and be exposed to an array of interesting work. In order to be considered, you will have completed the LPC. It is also essential that you have some work experience in criminal law, either as a paralegal or an intern.
