This role will require you to:

1) Understand the terms and conditions of booking and being fully conversant with all products available.
2) Handle calls with customers and agents on a rota basis.
3) Deal with pre-departure issues such as flight changes and accommodation changes and effectively resolve any queries that arise.
4) Deal with in-resort and post departure queries/issues and resolve where possible.
5) Produce statistical reports.
6) Use the Customer Service software programme and the in-house system (Atcom) to record all interactions with customers.
7) Assist with the documentation (Ticketing and other documentation) function, including telephone calls and emails on this subject from clients and travel agents as well as internal departments.
8) Assist with management of documentation storage facility (includes lifting and carrying).
