Reed Accountancy are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Payroll and Accounts Assistant job. In this part-time Payroll job you will be working 25 hours per week – ideally 5 hours each day – Monday to Friday. So, a brilliant work life balance is on offer for you. The working environment is inviting and friendly. Full support will be given by the existing team and training on their bespoke accounts software.

Duties for this part-time job will include: 

Processing the monthly payroll
Preparing the year end payroll and pension returns
Sales ledger: raising invoices
Assisting with the month end accounts, including accruals
Purchase ledger: batching, coding and inputting invoices
Matching invoices to purchase orders
Bank reconciliations
Cash flow forecasts and monitoring against budgets
Maintaining and reconciling the petty cash on Excel
