The client is adverse, highly acquisitive, multi-division, privately owned organisation. Trading for over 25 years the company currently has a turnover of up to £10m. The division in question supplies Bathroom products to the construction sector with a wide customer base including Plumbers Merchants, Retail, and Showrooms. They have built a reputation for high levels of service by supplying branded quality bathroom products.

The Role

As Area Sales Manager for the South West you will report directly to the Sales Director. Primarily the successful applicant will be judged upon their success in managing the portfolio of existing accounts in the area and also judged upon the level of new business you are able to bring to the company through your existing client base and being able to build upon client relationships to increase client retention.

You will need to be good at building relationships with customers to make sure client retention is extremely high. You will have full autonomy for planning your week accordingly. This is a highly motivated, target driven role with very good rewards for the successful applicant.

The Requirements

You will be a highly experienced sales person with extensive experience within the KBB sector ideally from a similar Bathroom Distributor. You will be required to know your industry "like the back of your hand". You will be currently in a sales or account management role as well as being an ambitious and experienced sales person who is able to perform under pressure and manager a territory.

You will possess well developed people skills and will ideally have a provable track record in building and developing sustainable relationships with customers.
