Prospects 4 Travel have an immediate requirement for a Finance Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our client who are a leading independent company specialising in tailor made holidays, offering a truly personal specialist service, both at the booking stage and overseas.
As an experienced Finance Administrator/Bookkeeper you will be responsible for the full accounts function up to trial balance and will assist with management reports.
Responsibilities of the Finance Administrator/Bookkeeper will consist of:
- Sales Ledgers
- Purchase Ledgers
- Nominal Ledgers
- Cashbook / Bank Transactions / Bank Reconciliation
- Credit Control
- Tour Operating System Sale/COS Reconciliation
To be successful, the Finance Administrator/Bookkeeper will need:
- Solid SAGE & Microsoft Excel experience
- A minimum of 3 years experience in similar role
