Business Development Executive (Telesales or Telemarketing)

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £18,000 - £24,000 per annum plus monthly bonuses and commission

Our client is a long-established name in the B2B search engine market and has just completed a major investment that puts their results head and shoulders above the rest. They are now recruiting for Business Development Executives to join their vibrant sales team based in Milton Keynes.

Basic salaries for the Business Development Executives are from £18,000 - £24,000 but as a target achiever you can expect a £500 a month sales bonus and 20% commission on all over target sales making annual earnings in the £23,000 - £30,000+ range.

Role responsibilities of the Business Development Executive:

  • Making outbound B2B calls, engaging customers, updating company information, qualifying prospects and closing sales
  • Hitting weekly and monthly sales targets, this is a highly target driven role
  • Updating your database accurately and complete all administrative tasks efficiently

Essential requirements of the Business Development Executive:

  • Previous Telesales or Telemarketing experience is essential, minimum 12 months
  • Outbound telesales experience is desirable
  • Confident and professional telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Motivated and target driven to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team to achieve sales targets
  • Computer literate and competent using Microsoft Office
