Be part of a highly regarded training team delivering innovative training solutions in our 3 UK offices. Based from our conveniently located London office you will manage and develop our sales training programmes, these range from classroom style on-boarding sessions to experiential based workshops. You will be pivotal in shaping the careers of our sales constants in this fulfilling role.
This is an opportunity for a credible Recruitment Consultant who is seeking the next chapter in their development. All our training team have been successful sales people add value to Gravitas Recruitment Group, we work hand in hand with our Sales Managers and Directorate to ensure our training is meaningful and has practical application.
A typical day will include a variety of activities, these often include short training sessions, at desk performance coaching, evaluation of training and design of new courses you’ve identified a need for. We have a proven track record of taking the development of our training team very seriously. You will have a significant proportion of your time allocated to your development.
