We’re based near Bury, Greater Manchester within a brand new state of the art designer office.

In a short period of time we’ve built up an impressive list of clients and were recently nominated for the Best Social Media Company at the Talk of Manchester Awards 2016.

Faced with massive demand for our services, we need to expand and are looking to add further expertise to our team.

The Role

The WordPress Web Developer will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and updates of both standard and eCommerce, WordPress websites from start to finish. Reporting directly to the project manager and liaising with new and current clients on regular basis.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Involved with initial client discussions to scope project requirements
  • Website builds including the set up of individual cPanels
  • Design & implementation of high quality websites
  • Integration of eCommerce platforms (i.e. WooCommerce)
  • Liaising with clients on a continuous basis
  • Maintenance of existing websites

The Candidate

The Web Developer will need to have had previous exposure to WordPress and extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS and PHP. You will need to have a strong desire to learn and have good communication skills both written and verbal.

Essential requirements include:

  • A flare for design and a creative eye
  • Passion for the digital world
  • Proactive and idea driven
  • WordPress development experience
  • Front-end web development experience
  • HTML, CSS & PHP knowledge

Highly desired requirements:

  • WooCommerce experience
  • Experience using cPanel
  • MySQL & database knowledge
  • Knowledge of Apache servers
