Business Development Manager – Telco Solution Sales
25-35k Base, 40-60k Uncapped OTE + Benefits
As a leading independent and award winning supplier of Telco solutions, our client covers all aspects of data, mobile and fixed line telephony, cloud based and unified comms. With a proven and successful strategy that is driven by organic growth, world-class partnerships and a well trained and committed workforce, they are positioned to meet the needs of all business communication requirements both large and small. They now require an additional client facing Business Development Manager to be based from their fast-paced London office.
The successful sales candidate will:
- Identify, qualify and win revenue opportunities across a range of clients (SME to FTSE 250)
- Close mobile, cloud and connectivity solutions through a blend of new business development, networking and account management
- Utilise internally generated appointments to supplement your new business activity
- Build solid relationships with key decision makers, positioning yourself to win business
- Interact with suppliers and partners
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess a minimum of 12-24 months’ client facing B2B, new business focused telecommunication sales experience
- Have a proven record of sales success in either SME or corporate sales
- demonstrate excellent communication skills, a high degree of computer literacy and be a natural presenter with the self-motivation to succeed
- Be a true new business hunter, driven by reward and have a passion for all things technology
The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary of 25-35k dependent upon previous sales success. There is also an excellent benefits package, ongoing career progression and a truly uncapped OTE of 40-60k available in the first year.
