Salary up to £21,500
Are you a Demi Chef de Partie; that is hardworking, passionate about good food and someone with a desire to learn? Do you have a love for good food and the creativity and flair to create top class dishes?
Are you somebody who is both organised and able to work effectively in the heat of a fast paced kitchen environment? Can you maintain a high standard of work in accordance with the Head Chef’s and senior chef’s instructions and prepare, cook and serve food, ensuring that the highest possible quality is maintained and that agreed standards for food preparation, presentation and safe working practices are met?
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to increase your knowledge, skills and ability within a 3 rosette establishment.
You will work as part of a talented team, so good team skills is important. You will have leadership skills, excellent work ethic and enthusiasm. You will contribute where possible and assist in the production of suitable innovative menu designs for the relevant event or area of food service within the hotel.
You will ensure that all services run smoothly and assist on other sections where necessary. You will be enthusiastic, friendly and dynamic with experience within a high quality fine dining establishment.
