A growing business near Fareham with significant plans going forward is looking to appoint a Financial Controller in a newly created job role. Reporting to the Director you will manage the finance team and work with the Board towards a successful IPO.

You will manage the finance function, leading and overseeing the production of monthly accounts and associated management information reporting. You will also play a key role in the development of financial systems and adopting a continuous improvement approach to processes to achieve efficiencies and improve working practices. In addition you will be tasked with management and review of supplier and customer contractual and legal documentation.

This is an integral job role that has been created due to the growth of the company. In order to be successful you will have trained and qualified (ACA) in practice and successfully made the move into industry within a finance leadership position. You will be commercially astute possessing the ability to translate financial targets into business objectives, that will in turn require strong communication skills and the ability to work with the wider business.
