Chef de Partie - Boutique Hotel
Our client, a Boutique hotel collection located throughout the Southern counties is presently seeking a Chef de Partie to join it's team working under their new Executive Chef and his team of 13 chefs and porters.
The hotel, located in the Kent countryside amongst 15 acres of beautiful gardens boasts 40 guest bedrooms, 2 restaurants and offers it's guests a host of luxury services.
The role; Working with their new Executive Chef who recently joined from a 5* London hotel you will be working with a team of 13 chefs and porters producing food for a range of different menus including breakfast, lunch, dinner, weddings, afternoon tea, fine dining and brasserie. You'll need quality experience working in a fresh food environment and a passion to drive to contribute to the future success of the kitchen who continue to develop award winning dishes.
Requirements; Quality fresh food preparation experience in a quality hotel or restaurant operation, Experience across a variety of kitchen sections, Used to working in a small team - sense of team spirit, A flair to give input and work with the team to continually develop the food offered.
Salary; £17-£20,000 p/a (dep. on experience), 4 weeks holiday + 8 bank holidays, Free car parking, Free uniform plus a host of added benefits upon successful completion of your 3 month probation.
