Account Executive - Business Development ERP Partner £35k Year 1!

I'm an actively searching for the next Sales Superstar. Someone who is looking to launch a career in the exciting world of Software Solution Sales. They will have excellent confidence and confidence and be eager to engage in complex client communications as they develop their own skills with serious ambitions to become the next leading Business Development Manager.

This is because my client, an exciting and rapidly growing ERP Partner, is offering extensive training and a very are opportunity to develop and grow alongside some of the best sales professionals in the business. You will be learning all about a cutting edge SaaS based ERP Technology which will put you in a very strong position to build the right skills for a long term sales career. They have superb facilities inside London and are actively seeking someone who has the potential and aspirations to progress their career and make solid steps in their development.

You will be on a base salary of £20-22k with an incredible earning potential - with a realistic forecast of up to £35k in your first year, with a 2nd year expected earnings of up to £55k with the sky being the limit from there! Additionally, there is a fantastic office environment with a great collaborative feel. There are some great incentives and bonuses as they really like to treat their employees!

Skills required for the role:
*Lead generation experience in software sales.
*Good knowledge of ERP systems preferable (SAP, Oracle, Sage, NetSuite etc).
*Great communication skills and ability to sell on the phone.
*Motivated by money and career progress - with defined career goals.
*Experience dealing with Senior Management at SME organisations.
