Are you an experienced setter and operator of CNC Turning machinery and interested in working on CNC Sliding Head machinery?

Do you work or are interested in working in the Aerospace component manufacturing industry?

Setting/operating and manufacturing a variety of small-batch components from engineering drawings to within tight limits.
Manufacturing all components within the agreed timescales.
Setting a variety of CNC Sliding Head machining centres for operators as and when required.
Using a wide range of measuring equipment to check small-batch components after manufacture.
Mentoring new staff as required.
Maintaining the agreed quality rating at all times.
Making sure that manufactured product is suitably protected for transit.
Working in the order of the manufacturing plan at all times.
Make sure that all manufacturing paper work is filled out correctly.
Responsible for carrying out all tasks allocated by the Supervisor in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure a high standard of housekeeping is maintained at all times.
To support team members with other tasks as and when required.
To help create and maintain a safe working environment and observe the published Health & Safety procedures.
To carry out any other tasks where reasonable and relevant, when required.
This is not an exhaustive list.

Our client are paying between £24,000 to £26,000 per annum depending on your skills and experience. Monday to Thursday 8am till 5pm and Friday 8am till 1pm.
