Customer Service and Administration Assistant required in the Blackpool area. Full time £16000 pa.

Your new company
A brilliant opportunity has arisen with a company based in Blackpool for a Customer Service and Administration Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. This company specialise in the construction industry and are looking to expand their current service to clients over the next few years. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to utilise your administration skills whilst managing your own portfolio of clients.

Your new role
You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients. You will be allocated 8 accounts to manage. This will require you to arrange diary appointments. Make outbound calls and receive in bound calls. Manage queries effectively and complete administration tasks such as post, filing and photocopying. This job will be effectively becoming a PA for your portfolio. You will be their one point of contact for managing their business needs.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be able to build relationships with your colleague and clients. It's essential you have had administration experience in the past.

What you'll get in return
Working hours are 8.00 - 4pm one week and 10 - 6pm 2nd week Monday to Friday. £16000 per annum. 20 days + 8 statutory days. You will be working within a small to medium team and you will be working in bright clean offices with free parking.
