Customer Retention Adviser

£45,000 OTE (basic + REALISTIC commission)

Working for one of the fastest growing tech companies in the UK (Times Tech Track 100 and winners of the National Business Awards)

Based in Notting Hill

Responsbilities

  • Managing and maintaining existing customer base in B2B SME market
  • Targeted to reduce customer churn
  • Proactive retention including outbound calling to wobbly merchants
  • Structured methods and techniques for retaining potential leavers
  • Renewals of customer contracts to prevent loss to competitors
  • Manage a customer base of 50,000 merchants
  • One call resolution
  • Deliver fantastic customer experience
  • Problem solving skills

Candidate profile

  • Experience of successfully working to targets
  • Confidence to use experience and data in deciding what a customer is worth and what is required to keep them
  • History of using innovation to resolve problems
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to build instant customer rapport
  • Natural affinity with problem solving
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues
