Page Personnel is representing a The Sunday Times Top 100 Not-For-Profit organisation with an Assistant Facilities Manager position in Sheffield. The role is within the Estates team and is located in Sheffield City Centre with fantastic transport links. The position will offer opportunity for progression and development, and you will be working alongside a large and diverse team.
The role responsibilities include overseeing all planned and preventative maintenance, carrying out facilities inspections and risk assessments, following up any maintenance requests by delegating the issue out to members of the team, monitoring the performance and KPIs of staff.
You will be expected to lead by example, and have a motivating and positive approach with employees.
Candidates wishing to apply to the role should have:
- A fantastic knowledge of facilities (essential)
- Previously worked in a supervisory or management role (essential)
- The ability to lead and motivate a team
- Great health & safety knowledge
- Knowledge of both hard and soft FM
