Are you an efficient, highly organisation and articulate Secretarial Coordinator looking for an opportunity to progress in the legal sector?

Our client has an exciting role for a Secretarial Coordinator to join a fast-paced, exciting team of successful lawyers within a highly successful firm. The role is based in Liverpool and is designed to provide comprehensive support to the department.

You will need to have at least 5 years' previous experience working in a professional services environment at a senior secretarial or administrative level. Excellent articulation and communication both verbally and written are key to this role and the successful candidate must have experience copying and audiotyping with a minimum of 75 wpm. The role will require working under pressure and to deadline so prioritisation and organisation are fundamental requirements.

IT skills and a knowledge of MS Office programmes will be expected and fantastic interpersonal and relationship building skills are paramount. You must have a dedication to client care, excellent time management skills and a fine attention to detail.
