Supply Planning Executive - Southampton- FTC until end of year - £32,400 pro rata

Excipion are currently recruiting for a Supply Planning Executive within a British multinational tobacco company.

Supply Planning Executive Responsibilities:

To deliver the Finished Goods (FG) replenishment plan by calculating replenishment requirements on assigned levels of the supply chain network in End Markets on a weekly and monthly basis.
To maintain FG stock levels on all storage locations as per the inventory policies individually set for each storage location/SKU.
Out of Stock / On Time in Full miss reasons accurately to provide Root cause analysis (RCA), manage discussion with relevant parties and agree corrective action plan;
To provide feedback and status on End Market Stock build requests;
To execute distribution model and deployment plans for new/modified product launches/promo campaigns to ensure smooth transition during project changes.
To contribute to regular reviews of inventory policies for finished goods and loose banderols on storage location/SKU level.
To ensure complete /full demand plan is visible in APO DC /SNP and highlighting any deviations to agreed plans in Customer Facing Team including NPI as per timelines agreed.
To write, perform and validate test script when required as well as raise change request and perform impact assessment as required.
To create and maintain technical documentation; provide training and coaching to End Users on process and system and support issue resolution.

Supply Planning Executive Capabilities:

SAP or ERP system Knowledge
Agree to a fixed term contract until the end of the year
Planning processes experience
FMCG Background
