Property Investment - Network Executive

Monday - Friday OTE 150k +

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Achieving and exceeding income targets
  • Working alongside the Senior Network Executive
  • Managing relationships with existing sub-agents providing an excellent level of customer service
  • Recruitment of new sub-agents from the initial enquiry to completing the agent’s application, signing of legal documentation, adhering to money laundering regulations and ensuring relevant supporting paperwork is supplied for insurance purposes
  • Desktop research to identify new agents to market and sell the company’s product
  • Training of new and existing agents to ensure legal compliance
  • Meeting with sub-agents to further promote the brand and their focus on selling the company’s product above competitor’s
  • Sales support and objection handling for agent purchasers where requested
  • Marketing support, providing literature and marketing collateral for the subagent's to market the product
  • Maintaining the agent portal, ensuring that all relevant marketing literature and legal documentation is available to the sub-agents
  • Management of the sub-agent database, complying with SLA’s
  • Development of the agent portal with the external service provider
  • Marketing of new products to the sub-agent network ensuring that specific markets are not saturated
  • Effectively communicating product changes
  • Progression of sales, managing the sale from the initial reservation through the legal process up until legal completion
  • Maintaining personal pipeline reporting

Advantage, but not required:

  • Ability to speak another language fluently such as Spanish, French, Arabic, Mandarin, or Russian.

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm

Salary:

  • (£17k-£20k Basic & Uncapped Commission)
  • 3 Tier structure
  • Up to (192k) 10% commission paid
  • Between (192k) - (264k) 12.5% commission paid
  • Over (264k) 15% commission paid
