Payroll Officer - Permanent
Our well established client in the Lichfield area is recruiting for a Payroll Officer to join them on a Permanent basis. Candidates need to be experienced in running a high volume payroll and have a knowledge of reconciliation.
Day to day duties are as follows.
Manage all 3rd party deductions.
Provide payslip history and information as requested by authorised 3rd
Liaise with internal departments and HR Personnel
Handling all payroll queries
Update systems with amendments relating to pay and staff members
Work to the company standards and follow all procedures
Report on pension data
Knowledge of excel, word and a payroll system
The ideal candidate will have access to their own transport and an AAT Qualification would be desirable however not essential.
