Salary: £18,000 - £25,000 + OTE

Do you have over 1 year experience in B2B sales with the desire to work in a Senior Sales role within 12-18 months and enjoy working in a professional but exciting environment? If you are determined, money hungry and motivated by target and career opportunities then this Telesales Executive role is the one for you!
My client is the leading provider of HR software for people and data management and is seeking Telesales Executives to join their ever growing team. They offer excellent ongoing training and development to their employees and thrive to deliver their services quickly, accurately and efficiently to ensure the best delivery possible.

The role of the Telesales Executive:
*Research potential leads and opportunities for prospective clients
*Make outbound calls to prospective clients
*Take incoming phone calls requesting information, literature and demonstrations
*Meet agreed targets and KPI's
*Take part in team projects and also manage individual projects
*Explain and position product offerings and give high level demonstrations of the product range
*Effectively manage diaries and the time of the Sales Managers.

The successful Telesales Executive will:
*Have 12 + months B2B sales experience
*Have experience working to KPI's and targets
*Possess strong research skills
*Be professional, articulate and determined!
