Export & Legal Sales Specialist
Our client a luxury Retail Company based in London requires an Export & Legal Sales Specialist to start ASAP.
Your main responsibilities will include effectively managing relationships with all Export clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships within the UK, responsible for processing orders which will include clearance with Customs overseas, assisting with management of stock, issuing invoices, assisting with planning of overseas trips which will include emailing prospective customers, making appointments, compiling introductory literature, making travel arrangements and packing goods ready for delivery. You are required to liaise with external suppliers, you will be involved in the re-designing process when required, assist with sourcing of fabrics, archive research and design and any other ad hoc duties as required.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent (legal, retail, textiles) with at least two years' relevant commercial experience with excellent relationship management skills. You need to be well presented at all times, have excellent communication skills both written and spoken, have an understanding of cultural differences and the requirement to adapt accordingly and have an eagerness to learn and be willing to juggle various priorities. You need to have strong attention to detail with a methodical approach, be flexible, ability to work independently, managing existing work-load whilst being motivated enough to identify commercial opportunities and take initiative to capitalise on them. You need to have excellent knowledge of all Microsoft packages and knowledge of materials is desirable.
