We require a Junior Accountant, with a positive attitude, to work as an integral part of our Central Office Finance team. Reporting in to the Financial Controller, you will support the accounts team across a variety of areas and will be exposed to a wide range of accounting duties.

What are the responsibilities of our Junior Accountant?

Your role will include:

  • Account reconciliations

  • Cash matching

  • Expense processing

  • Data entry/scanning

  • Assisting with monthly management accounts and other month end processes

  • Ad-hoc projects

Our ideal Junior Accountant will have the following skills and experience:

  • Positive attitude and keen to learn

  • Basic understanding of financial transactions including double entry bookkeeping

  • Methodical, accurate and able to meet deadlines

  • Advanced experience using Excel including Pivot Tables, V-Lookups and basic formulas

  • Able to communicate at all levels of the business, to a wide range of internal customers

  • Excellent numeracy skills

  • Able to work within a fast paced environment

  • Enjoy the challenge of ad-hoc projects

  • Happy to travel to our holiday and residential parks around the country

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (1 hour lunch break) with occasional overnight visits to our parks.
