Credit Control Manager
Change Recruitment Group are delighted to be working exclusively with a Glasgow based client in recruiting a Credit Control Manager for their market leading business. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is looking to take on a fresh challenge within a new, fast-paced environment.
The main duties for the role are:
· Daily management of the credit control team
· Manage the groups aged debt ledger
· Produce accurate weekly and monthly reports to the senior management team
· Act as first point of contact for key clients
· Review and streamline current processes
· Manage end to end credit control process
· Train and develop the team to achieve and exceed targets
The successful candidate should ideally have:
· Worked in a similar position previously
· Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
· Excellent Leadership skills
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
