My Client is a fast paced fashion retailer based in north London who are seeing a marketing manager to join their expanding business

Main responsibilities:

·Manage all online marketing channels, responsible for driving high quality traffic to the brand through development of customer acquisition and retention strategy.

·Working closely with team to translate the brand strategy, using customer insights to create an effective online marketing strategy.

·Create and implement the monthly & quarterly plans and strategy across all marketing channels, optimising campaigns and reacting to trade/customer insight.

·Implement, analyse and optimise marketing campaigns, maximising ROI and achieving KPI's.

·Identify trends and insights, creating innovative growth strategies.

·Develop the digital marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns and activities are tagged, tracked and analysed.

·Working with the Affiliate Manager and CRM Manager to ensure strategies are in line across all channels.

·Keep up to date with digital marketing best practices and industry research
