Assistant Facilities Manager
An assistant FM position with a well established company based in Leeds, with National travel as and when required.
Page Personnel is representing a National company with a permanent Assistant Facilities Manager position, based in Leeds with National travel. The role is with a newly restructured Facilities and Estates team, with opportunities for progression.
The job responsibilities include overseeing all hard and soft FM functions across the UK, providing support the Facilities Manager.
Candidates wishing to apply to the role should have:
- IOSH (essential)
- NEBOSH (essential)
- Fantastic knowledge of property and facilities (essential)
- Previously worked in a facilities role, for preferably a multi-property site (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
Successful candidates will receive a competitive salary of 25,000-28,000 + car and allowance + development and progression + employee benefits
