Page Personnel are recruiting for an immediate start Accounts Assistant to join a well established international business.
Our client are an international business who have grown significantly since establishment.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will be reporting into the Finance Manager.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: reconciling financial accounts, Preparing statutory accounts, Purchase Ledger full processing, Sales Ledger full processing, Cash allocation, Managing daily post, Credit Control - chasing down payments and resolving queries, arranging payment plans, receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and request for payments and managing petty cash transactions.
The successful Accounts Assistant will have some of the below:
-Have knowledge of working in a similar position previously - Essential
-Have knowledge of operating a start to finish Purchase Ledger Position - Essential
- Have knowledge of Sage Line 50 - Desirable
-Have good MS Excel knowledge - Desirable
