Opportunity for an experienced Learning Support Assistant at highly regarded SEN Primary school in Oxfordshire - Learning Support Assistant salary: £17,000.00 to £20,000 Per Annum - Full Time position.

As the ideal Learning Support Assistant, you will have a key role to play in the development of their pupils. The Learning Support Assistant will be joining an excellent, well established and dedicated team that is committed to the wellbeing and development of every child within their care.

Required skills of the new Learning Support Assistant;

  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 Qualification
  • Experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant/Classroom Assistant/Learning Support Assistant
  • Broad knowledge and experience of the practices and procedures within Education
  • A current enhanced DBS certificate
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Building strong lasting relationships with the community

Desired skills (not essential);

  • Experience with SEN (Special Educational Needs) as a Learning Support Assistant with young individuals
  • Supporting in a special needs environment
  • NVQ Level 3 Qualification
