Customer Service Advisors
We’re looking for positive, passionate people who know how to deliver excellent customer service to join our market-leading motor insurance claims department in Birmingham.
What will you be doing?
You’ll join a busy and dynamic claims department based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, just minutes from New Street station.
A confident communicator and attentive listener, you’ll deal with inbound calls, reassuring our customers and brokers that we’ll handle their claim with fairness and professionalism. Working closely and liaising with a number of external customers including field investigators, engineers, police and third party insurers, you’ll use a variety of tools to investigate claims. We’d also like you to build and maintain a relationship with a large network Brokers.
You’ll work a 35 hour working week on a rotating shift basis, between the hours 8.00am–8.00pm, Monday to Friday (and one in four Saturdays between the hours 9.00am-5.00pm).

Who are we looking for?
First and foremost, you’ll have experience working in a front line customer service role, ideally in an office environment. Empathetic and understanding, you’ll have communication skills which are second-to-none and the ability to build relationships with customers over the phone. You should also have:
- The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- A professional approach and a talent for prioritising
- Excellent computer skills..
