Marketing Executive – Experience Required

Full Time – Office Hours

£23,500 - £26,000 pa.

Experience Needed:

  • Ideally - 2 years within the field, marketing exec degree

  • B2C – Business to Consumer experience is very important for this role

  • B2B – Somebody that can bring a fresh approach to B2B, corporate events, to discuss how we can attract the B2B market

  • This role is more then just somebody that knows how to post on social media

  • Digital Marketing Experience

  • Social Media Marketing Experience

  • Understanding of public relations & advertising

  • Somebody that has worked with a variety of marketing channels and utilised all

  • Somebody that has the ability to be proactive not reactive, to think outside the box and look at the future, not today

  • Somebody that can clearly and confidentially explain WHY its good to use PR, emails, social media, organise events. How would this impact?

  • First class verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in delivering quality copywriting at pace

  • Well developed skills in planning and reviewing

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

The Role:

  • Develop and implement marketing communications plan across all communication channels to ensure alignment & maximise impact.

  • Launching new social media campaigns

  • Create a process and structure to support pro-active PR which supports the development and commercial success of the brand.

  • To own and manage on a daily basis, the relationship with all three PR agencies (offline, online, planning applications)

  • To work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders

  • Assisting in the development of the company marketing strategy

  • Development of tactical marketing campaigns to generate company sales

  • Helping to generate positive PR and award wins for the brand

  • Working alongside senior management

  • Prioritising time and budgets by brand with guidance from Line Manager

  • Competitor analysis
