Field Sales: £18,000 - £20,000 base, OTE £27,000+ Company Vehicle / West Midlands

Parna have partnered up with a fantastic forward thinking FMCG Company that are looking for thriving and hungry sales representatives to join their growing and progressive team!

Our client, a well known brand within the Electronic Cigarette / Vaping market have a large distribution network that stretches across the UK and Europe. You will be part of an exciting team that are passionate about their brands and products and are looking for someone to continue to share that passion with their clients giving them more of a personal approach.

There is no end to this role in terms of progression, you will reap the rewards with a very attractive commission & bonus structure and also the ability to go onto future management/National Account roles.

The Benefits:

£18,000 (negotiable depedning on relevant experience) Salary, Attractive Bonus/Commission Structure with an OTE of £27,000+, Company Caddy Van (equivalent) Mobile Phone, Tablet and expenses.

The Role:

Working alongside the current highly skilled sales team, your main focus would be concentrating on generating new business and building long lasting relationships with your clients, getting to know them, their needs and adding value in all that you do. You will be provided full training on the products, which you will then use to educate your retailers on vaping and the benefits of using this brand.

The client base will initially be, independent retailers, convenience stores, forecourts and stores affiliated with buying groups. You will be responsible for managing your own diary and reporting back on your KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing + visiting a client portfolio (130+ active clients)
  • Selling stock from your Van direct to the independent retailers.
  • Reporting to head office on your weekly sales figures.
  • Journey planning
  • Collecting previous payments from retailers and banking cash.
  • Merchandising stock and keeping clients up to date with new products.
  • Representing the company with the highest of standards at all times.
  • Sharing your passion for Vaping!


The Ideal Candidate:

  • You would be a dynamic sales executive who is determined, driven and hungry for success with a passion and energy for sales. With a strong ability to drive business in your territory, you will capable of identifying new opportunities as well as showing good organisational skills and strong as maintaining existing client relationships.
  • A passion and interest in Vaping would be desirable (not essential)
  • You would come from a sales orientated background, either within field sales, telesales or retail sales, or any similar related roles within the FMCG environment, or quite simply LOVE vaping!
