The Company:

My client is an established training provider who have a strong reputation within the industry, mainly due to the quality of staff they have on their team. This role has become available due to expansion as the company taking on various new contracts across the country, which shows the ambition the company has for the future.

The Role:

We're seeking to appoint an experienced Management Assessor who can deliver Apprenticeships level 5 in Management (ILM Level 3, 4 & 5 ideally). This role requires you to deliver Functional Skills level 2 as part of the full framework, as well as full autonomy regarding your diary management/caseload management.

You will be required to train, asses, motivate and support learners on programmes towards achieving their level s 2, 3 & 5 in Management, maximising the use of e-learning and a variety of other assessment methods to ensure learners have the chance to evidence their knowledge.

You will also be required to maintain and enhance relationships with business support teams to support the delivery of the Assessment Business Plan, and ensure all learners experience quality standards in line with Company & Ofsted guidelines.

The Candidate:

A strong occupational background in Management is required for this position, as well as being a qualified Assessor/Trainer. Previous experience using E-Portfolio systems is an advantage, but full training will be provided. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational qualities, strong communication skills, and great attention to detail.

Qualifications Required:

Assessor award (A1, TAQA, D32 etc.)

Training qualification (PTLLS, CertEd,7407 etc.)

Management qualification (ideally ILM or equivalent)

Relevant occupational qualifications in Management.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary is £22,500 with a pay review after probationary period

Excellent holiday entitlement at 38 days+

This is a home-based position, with mileage expenses paid from home. Excellent employee benefits package and good scope for progression for the right candidate.
