Support Worker - Taunton, Somerset

We are currently looking to expand our team of dedicated support workers and are looking for a female support worker to join us in Taunton. As a female support worker with us you will be supporting people with a learning disability.
You don`t really need to have any of the above interests/skills but you do need to answer yes to the below questions:

- Do you like to help and ensure that people live the life they want to lead?
- Are you looking for a fun and motivated company who offer genuine career opportunities?
You will be responsible for the day to day livelihood of these individuals and will help with medication, finances and daily living tasks. These individuals like to be fully involved in everything that is happening with their lives and need you to ensure this happens for them.
Another big part of being a support worker is being a big part of the fun! You should expect to be involved in watching the X-Factor, playing chess, cooking, visiting the pantomime, or even visiting a day centre. Creating memories is one of the really rewarding parts of being a support worker.

Support workers must be flexible in the hours they can work, as support can be required 24 hours a day. You will work on a rota basis throughout the week, weekends and bank holidays with sleep-ins as well.
