Unit Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN) - Haywards Heath, West Sussex - £38-40k p/a - 40 hours p/w
My Client is a local nursing provider and provides nursing services to those with dementia and the elderly. They currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Unit Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN) to work in their brand new unit specialising in severe EMI, including dementia, psychosis and associated mental health needs. The unit is scheduled to open in June 2017.
This Unit Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN) job will be leading the staff on the site, separate to the main nursing home. You will require experience in a similar senior nurse role. You will need to be able to display strong clinical and leadership skills as well as have extensive dementia experience.
As Unit Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN), you'll be working 40 hours per week, with supernumerary based work. You will need to be prepared to work 12 hour shifts.
