Customer Service Administrator, Basingstoke, Permanent, salary up to £20k, 12th June start, Fantastic Opportunity.
We're currently looking for a number of outgoing, friendly individuals with excellent communication skills to join the customer services team of a leading provider of business process services. These permanent positions start on the 12th June and offer an ideal opportunity to gain valuable customer services administrative experience within a fast-paced and dynamic financial services organisation.

Duties include:
- To provide efficient and good quality customer service
- To provide product information and answer enquiries via telephone and email
- To maintain, develop and apply knowledge of the relevant product / process area
- Ensure all calls are accurately logged

The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident, professional telephone manner
- Customer services experience
-GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths
