Our client based in Dundee, is currently seeking an experienced Housing Advisor to join their team for a temporary contract until March 2018.
Due to the nature of this role, they do need candidates who are experienced within the Housing sector, who can hit the ground running.
Experience and responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and coordinate effective relationships
- Develop support plans
- Provide support to clients with complex needs
- Sustain accommodation
- Experience working with clients with complex needs
- Knowledge of housing and/or benefits
- Understanding of processes
- Proficiency using a case management system and Microsoft Office
Ideally you will be immediately available for this position and a current member of the PVG scheme. A relevant housing qualification is also required for this position or a proven track record in a similar field.
